Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we would like to inform you how the personal data you share through the contact form and WhatsApp on this site is processed.
- Data controller
- Friday Security (fridaysecurity.com).
- Personal data processed
- Your name, the phone number you message from on WhatsApp, the topic and industry you select, and the information you share in your message. The site does not store this information on its own server; the form only prepares your WhatsApp message.
- Purpose
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote and communicate with you.
- Legal basis
- Your explicit consent, and processing being directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5).
- Transfers
- Your data is never sold to third parties. Your message is delivered through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) when you send it; this service's servers may be located outside Türkiye.
- Retention
- Your data is kept for up to 1 year after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. If a business relationship is formed, the retention periods in the relevant legislation apply.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
